General terms & conditions for ONPROAD online competitions and giveaways

Competition is being organized by ONPROAD BV.

Enter a competition

Competitions are free to enter.
You enter a competition by submitting a form or by posting a reaction on social media.
- Only one entry per person.
- Entering a competition is only allowed for people from 18 years of age.
Employees of ONPROAD cannot enter ONPROAD’s competitions.
The duration of the competition until the winner will be selected, will always be communicated in the social media post or on the webpage where you can submit the form to enter the competition.
ONPROAD is authorized at all times to change the competition’s terms & conditions or terminate the competition.

Participant’s personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent of the participant. Unless consent has been gives for example to receive emails from third parties.
Participant’s personal data can be used internally by ONPROAD for sending informative emails about our products and services, but only if consent has been given by participant.
Belgian law applies to all competitions

The winner of a competition will be selected at random by means of a draw, in an unbiased manner.
The winner of a competition will receive a personal message through the social media channel where the competition was announced. If the winner’s email address is known to ONPROAD, an email will be sent to notify the winner.
If the winner doesn’t reply within one week after announcement, a new winner will be selected.
ONPROAD is authorized to exclude people from participation iin case of suspicion of unlawful participation or fraud.
Participators who did not win, will not be notified about that.
It is not possible to exhange the prize for another product/ service or any amount of money.
